不同施肥水平(亩施氮素7.5、15.0和22.5千克,P_2O_5和 K_2O各为氮素的1/2)对优质油菜(低芥酸和低芥酸、低硫甙)的种子品质有一定影响,中、高肥降低其含油量比普通油菜较多,对芥酸含量的影响不显著,对油酸的影响很小,对亚油酸的影响较大。高肥提高了亚麻酸含量,降低了花生烯酸.中、高肥对不同油菜棕榈酸的影响不显著,对硬脂酸的影响甚微。中、高肥提高了优质油菜和普通油菜的硫甙含量,差异极显著。
