本文对现场抽取的232块预制钢筋混凝土空心板及70根预制钢筋混凝土柱之断面几何尺寸偏差进行了统计分析。分析了上述偏差的分布规律,计算了其变异的大小。并将构件的尺寸实际偏差与《钢筋混凝土工程施工及验收规范》规定的允许值作了比较。进而讨论了上述偏差对构件强度的影响。为结构可靠度的研究和施工质量控制及验收标准的修订提供了依据。
In this paper, the statistical analysis of the deviations of the geometrical dimensions of 232 prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow slabs and 70 prefabricated reinforced concrete columns collected at the site were carried out. The distribution of the above deviations was analyzed and the size of its variation was calculated. The actual size deviation of the components was compared with the allowable values specified in the “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Reinforced Concrete Construction”. Then discussed the impact of the above deviation on the strength of the component. It provides the basis for the study of structural reliability and the revision of construction quality control and acceptance criteria.
