From Australian gas station staff to BP China’s marketing business backbone to the general manager of Booz Giant Petroleum Management Services, Madison has been involved in the oil retail industry for 14 years and has become an oil marketing expert. Seeing the urgent need for management of technical services in China’s huge potential oil market, he believes it is better to serve one industry rather than serving one company and share his management experience with more peers. Today, in a building at Beijing Information Industrial Base, he is leading a lean team to develop software tools for oil management and realize the dream of information management in adding value to the marketing of the oil retail distribution industry.
