亲和力作为人与人交流的一种情感手段被广泛运用于课堂教学。笔者通过实际的课堂教学课例,体会不同年龄、性别、职称、教龄的教师在处理课堂时候展现“亲和力”的状况,分析教师在传道授业的过程中,如何将自己的情感注入理论教学过程,提高课堂的教学效果与质量,更好地服务于课堂,真正实现师生之间情感的交流。
Affinity as an emotional means of communication between people is widely used in classroom teaching.
