《对外劳务合作管理条例》(以下简称“条例”)已于2012年5月16日经国务院第203次常务会议通过,自2012年8月1日起施行。《条例》作为我国对外劳务合作领域的首部专门法规,无疑具有“里程碑”意义,将推动我国对外劳务合作进入有法可依的良性发展轨道。笔者结合自身工作实践,就贯彻落实《条例》,探讨一下对外劳务合作中的安全问题。
The Regulations on the Administration of Cooperation with Foreign Labor Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) were approved by the 203 st executive meeting of the State Council on May 16, 2012 and will come into effect on August 1, 2012. As the first special regulation in the field of foreign labor service cooperation, “Regulations” undoubtedly have the significance of “milestone” and will promote the healthy development of our country's labor service cooperation in accordance with the law. The author combines his own work practice, to implement the “Regulations” to explore the security issues in labor service cooperation.
