探究了雪花梨的抗炎、抗氧化活性及主要作用成分。用乙醇提取雪花梨后,经石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇分步萃取,得到不同极性部位提取物,并测定其中酚酸、黄酮及三萜的含量;采用二甲苯所致小鼠急性耳肿胀和冰醋酸所致小鼠血管通透性试验测定其抗炎作用;采用DPPH抗氧化模型比较不同极性部位的抗氧化活性。结果表明,雪花梨不同极性部位对这两个炎症模型均具有抑制作用,其中乙酸乙酯部分抗炎活性最好,抑制率均在40%以上;各部分对-OH自由基的清除能力为:正丁醇萃取物>乙酸乙酯萃取物>醇提物>石油醚萃取物。其中正丁醇萃取物在体系中的IC50值为1.083 mg/mL。通过对各极性部分酚酸、黄酮及三萜类成分的测定表明,三萜和黄酮类成分为雪花梨的主要抗炎活性成分,而酚酸类为主要的抗氧化活性成分。
Explore snowflake pear anti-inflammatory, antioxidant activity and the main role of ingredients. Extraction of snow pear with ethanol, the petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol step extraction, to obtain the different polar parts of the extract, and determination of phenolic acids, flavonoids and triterpenoids; using xylene-induced mice Anti-inflammatory effects of acute ear swelling and acetic acid-induced mouse vascular permeability test were determined. Antioxidant activity of different polar sites was compared by DPPH antioxidant model. The results showed that different polar fractions of S. japonica had inhibitory effects on these two inflammatory models. Among them, the anti-inflammatory activity of ethyl acetate was the best and the inhibitory rate was above 40%. The scavenging capacity of each fraction to -OH was : N-butanol extract> ethyl acetate extract> alcohol extract> petroleum ether extract. The n-butanol extract had an IC50 value of 1.083 mg / mL in the system. The determination of phenolic acids, flavonoids and triterpenoids in each polar part showed that the triterpenoid and flavonoid components were the major anti-inflammatory active ingredients of Snow pear, while the phenolic acids were the main antioxidative active ingredients.
