实验观察了66只10-20天京白三系鸡胚的脑电活动。结果发现在孵化的第14天开始出现脑电活动。鸡胚脑电起初表现为低幅慢波,偶有高幅慢波。随着胚令增加,低幅慢波频率增加,演变为低幅快波;高幅慢波逐渐增多。整个脑电振幅随胚令增加而普遍增高。在19天、20天鸡胚,快眼动的出现与脑电波型无明显关系,箭毒对鸡胚脑电无明显影响。
EEG activity of 66 white matter of 10-20 day-old white ternary chickens was observed experimentally. As a result, it was found that EEG activity started to appear on the 14th day after hatching. EEG initially showed low amplitude slow waves, occasional high amplitude slow waves. With the increase of embryo order, the frequency of low-amplitude slow-wave increases and evolves into low-amplitude fast-wave. The high-amplitude slow-wave gradually increases. EEG amplitude increases with the general increase in embryo. In 19 days, 20 days of chicken embryos, fast eye movement and the presence of electroencephalogram no significant relationship, arrowhead no significant effect on chicken embryo EEG.
