目的分析经乳晕缘小切口在治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法在本次研究中选择2014年2月至2016年3月我院收治的79例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,结合治疗差异分为对照组和治疗组,分别给予传统放射状切口以及经乳晕缘小切口方式进行治疗,对治疗效果进行分析。结果治疗组的手术时间、术中出血量和切口长度等指标系数明显少于对照组,组间数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺良性肿瘤患者应用经乳晕缘小切口进行治疗,其优势明显,值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of small incision in the treatment of breast benign tumor by the small rim incision. Methods A total of 79 patients with benign breast neoplasm admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the treatment difference. The patients were treated by conventional radial incision, Small incision for treatment, the treatment effect analysis. Results The operation time, blood loss and incision length of the treatment group were significantly less than those of the control group. The data of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with benign breast tumors by the small incision for treatment of marginal margin, the obvious advantages, it is worth promoting and application.
