设施栽培条件下分析了桃幼果期几种淀粉代谢酶活性变化动态和外源赤霉素(GA3)的影响效应。结果表明:桃座果后α—淀粉酶、总淀粉酶活性迅速上升,第7~10d达高峰,之后下降;转化酶中的酸性转化酶和中性转化酶亦有相似变化趋势。盛花期喷布4×10-5GA3,对酶活性的影响显著:处理后第2~10d,淀粉酶活性明显高于对照,但以后处理与对照间差别不显著,并且处理略低于对照,中性转化酶和酸性转化酶活性则是变化过程中GA3处理的始终高于对照
Under cultivation conditions, the dynamic changes of several amylose metabolic enzyme activities and the effects of GA3 in young peach fruit were analyzed. The results showed that the activity of α-amylase and total amylase increased sharply from the 7th to the 10th day after peach fruit peach, and then decreased. The invertase and neutral invertase also showed similar trend.
