观察了高温、噪声及复合因素对大鼠血浆和心房组织中心钠素(ANF)与内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS) 含量的影响,结果发现,高温可使血浆ANF含量明显降低(P<0.01)、心房组织中ANF水平明显减少(P<0.001),噪声及复合因素也可使心房组织中ANF含量明显下降(P<0.001),但高温、噪声及复合因素对血浆EDLS影响不明显,仅高温及复合因素暴露后心房组织中的EDLS含量明显增高(P<0.01)。这些变化对心脏血流量、周围血管阻力和内环境稳态可能会产生一定影响,使机体耐力下降。
The effects of high temperature, noise and combined factors on the levels of ANF and EDLS in plasma and atrial tissue of rats were observed. The results showed that high temperature could significantly reduce the plasma ANF content (P < 0.01). The ANF level in atrial tissue was significantly decreased (P <0.001). The noise and combined factors also significantly decreased the content of ANF in atrial tissue (P <0.001), but the effects of high temperature, noise and combined factors on plasma EDLS were not obvious, The EDLS content in atrial tissue increased only after exposure to high temperature and combined factors (P <0.01). These changes on the heart blood flow, peripheral vascular resistance and homeostasis may have some impact, so that the body endurance decreased.
