在经济发展迅速,社会变迁节奏日益加速的今天,历史文化遗产的保护问题日益受到人们的关注。课题思考从昆明历史文物建筑所面临保护和开发的两难境地出发,结合国内外有关成功案列的对比,探索一条如何把历史文物建筑中的文化价值转化为有市场价值的文化产业模式,让民间资本注入文化产业,用盈利的资金强化保护,形成历史文物建筑保护和发展的良性循环,从中探索历史文物建筑的保护和发展。
Today, with the rapid economic development and the accelerating pace of social change, the protection of historical and cultural heritages has drawn increasing attention. Considering the dilemma of protecting and exploiting the historical relics in Kunming, combining with the successful cases at home and abroad, this article explores how to transform the cultural value of historical relics into a cultural industry model with market value, Capital into the cultural industry, the use of profitable funds to strengthen protection, the formation of historical relics protection and development of a virtuous circle, from which to explore the protection and development of historical relics buildings.
