山西省革命委员会业务组于一九七二年九月一日至十日先后在临猗县和浮山县召开全省管好用好农业机械经验交流现场会议。会议期间代表们认真学习了毛主席有关农业机械化的一系列英明指示,参观了先进典型单位,其中有:坚持为农业生产服务,为贫下中农耕出“放心田”的七级公社机耕队;保持机具技术状态高标准,认真贯彻规章制度的临晋公社机耕队;管好用好手扶拖拉机,做到小机大用、一机多用的朱村大队;以及创造条件,使拖拉机上山耕地,推动山区农业生产发展的寨圪塔公社农机站。有二十三个单位县、社或个人代表在大会上作了发言,互相交流了经验。
