记者从财政部网站上获悉,财政部部长谢旭人27日在全国财政厅(局)长座谈会上强调,下半年要继续做好新疆资源税改革试点工作,完善消费税制度,研究完善个人所得税制度。针对当前经济财政形势,谢旭人要求,下半年各级财政部门要深入贯彻落实科学发展观,把稳定政策作为宏观调控的主基调。他提出了宏观调控的五个着力点,包括促进经济结构调整和发展方式转变,着力保障和改善民生,继续深化财税制度改革,加强地方政府性债务管理以及切实抓好预算管理。
The reporter learned from the website of the Ministry of Finance that Xie Xuren, Minister of the Ministry of Finance, stressed at the forum held by the National Department of Finance (bureau) on the 27th that the pilot reform of the resource tax in Xinjiang should be continued in the second half of the year, improve the consumption tax system, and study and improve the personal income tax system. In response to the current economic and financial situation, Xie Xuren demanded that the financial departments at all levels in the second half of the year should thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development and regard stable policies as the main tone of macro-control. He put forward five focal points for macroeconomic regulation and control, including promoting economic structural adjustment and changes in the mode of development, focusing on ensuring and improving people’s livelihood, continuing to deepen the reform of the fiscal and taxation system, strengthening local government debt management, and earnestly carrying out budget management.
