利用硅烷化试剂KH-792和顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)对凹凸棒石(ATP)进行改性,通过热分析、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、高分辨率透射电镜(TEM)等对改性前后的凹凸棒石进行了表征;研究了溶液的pH值、温度和时间等因素对苯胺吸附特性的影响,并对苯胺的吸附过程进行了热力学和动力学分析。研究表明,在温度为30℃、pH值为6.5、时间为120min的条件下,吸附效果最好;苯胺的吸附平衡数据的拟和结果较符合Langmuir方程,吸附过程是一个自发的放热的熵增过程,以物理吸附为主,吸附动力学数据符合准一级动力学速率方程。
The attapulgite (ATP) was modified by silylation reagent KH-792 and maleic anhydride (MA). The thermal decomposition, FT-IR, XRD and TEM (TEM) were used to characterize the attapulgite. The effects of pH value, temperature and time on the adsorption properties of aniline were studied. The aniline adsorption process was also analyzed by thermodynamics and kinetics. The results showed that the adsorption was best at the temperature of 30 ℃, the pH value of 6.5 and the time of 120 min. The fitting results of the aniline equilibrium data fit the Langmuir equation. The adsorption process is a spontaneous exothermic entropy Addition process, mainly by physical adsorption, adsorption kinetic data in line with quasi-first-order kinetic rate equation.
