简耀斌,男,汉族.1952年9月15日生,陕西省蒲城县人,大学本科学历,高级经济师,现任联合国华人友协书画专委会主席、中国名家书画艺术院院长、中国书画艺术研究院名誉院长、香港国际杰出华人书画家协会名誉会长、中国书法家协会青海省书协名誉副主席、顾问。曾任青海省科技厅人事处副处长、省科技创新中心主任兼书记、省国有科技资产管理经营公司党委书记
