根据目前建筑气候分区情况,天津市属于第Ⅱ大区。在不同的气候区,不同季节应有不同的室内微小气候标准要求,特别对于冬季室温的标准,国内外均有研究。氏指出,冬季适宜的室温,寒带为21～22℃,亚寒带为18～21℃,温带为18～20℃,亚热带为17～19℃,热带为17～18℃;及氏等都提出了有关室内微小气候问题的研究。上海第一医学院卫生学教研组提出,当人感觉冷时皮肤温度发生曲折点及峯点,可作为室内气候的卫生学标准的参考。哈尔滨医科大学也提出了在哈尔滨地区冬季室内适宜温度为18～20℃,我们也就此问题在天津市的居室及实验室内进行了研究。
