输油泵站能源消耗的98%是热能和压力能。热能的消耗主要是通过加热炉给原油加温,改善原油的流变性能;而压力能消耗主要是通过输油泵给原油增压,克服站间管道的摩阻。通过对这两种能源的能量平衡的分析,可从技术上找出输油泵站的节能潜力。
98% of the pump station energy consumption is heat and pressure energy. Mainly through the heating furnace to heat crude oil heating to improve the rheological properties of crude oil; and pressure can be consumed mainly through the oil pump to pressurize the crude oil to overcome the friction between the station pipe. By analyzing the energy balance of the two energy sources, the energy saving potential of the pumping station can be technically identified.
