套牌车严重地损害着合法车主的利益,对社会安全和交通运输行业秩序有着较大的负面影响,但限于技术手段和当前的管理模式的制约,套牌车辆的治理还采用传统的人工盘查方法,收效甚微。文章在分析套牌车辆的来源、社会危害性和套牌车辆运作逻辑模型的基础上,提出构建车流信息采集网,以采集到的数据作为基本条件,使用车辆牌照识别等技术手段,分析和提取套牌车辆名单,并在信息采集层识别车辆牌照,拦截可疑车辆。同时,针对这种治理方法中的难点,文章给出了套牌车辆检测系统的体系结构图,并以实例的方式,提供了套牌车辆数据处理的系统算法。
Deck car seriously damages the interests of lawful owners and has a great negative impact on the social safety and transportation industry order.
