水利是农业的基础,农业的命脉。随着环境污染,可利用的水资源不断减少,为了充分利用有限的水资源,需要对水库灌区实施节水配套改造工程。虽然之前的水库灌区建设取得了一些发展,也为当地的农业做出了巨大贡献,但是现今的水库灌区工程却存在着一系列问题,未能发挥出水库灌区的最大功能。文章主要通过对水库灌区工程存在的问题进行分析,提出自己的看法以期对灌区节水配套改造工程的施工管理有所裨益。
Water conservancy is the basis of agriculture and the lifeblood of agriculture. With the environmental pollution, available water resources continue to decrease, in order to make full use of limited water resources, the need for the implementation of water conservancy projects supporting reservoir irrigation projects. Although some achievements have been made in the construction of irrigation reservoirs before, and great contributions have been made to the local agriculture, there are a series of problems in the current reservoir irrigation projects, failing to exert the maximum functions of the reservoir irrigation areas. The article mainly analyzes the existing problems of the reservoir irrigation district project and puts forward my own views in the hope of contributing to the construction management of the water-saving ancillary renovation project in the irrigation area.
