Objective To explore the relationship between cumulative exposure to dimethylformamide (DMF) and liver injury in workers. Methods The occupational health examination data of 847 workers from 6 synthetic leather enterprises from March 2012 to September 2013 and the monitoring data of exposure to DMF over the years were collected to calculate the cumulative exposure of DMF to workers and the cumulative exposure to the liver Injury relationship. Results There was a significant dose-response relationship between the accumulated exposure of DMF and the cumulative incidence of liver injury. The fitting curve of the two was y = 5.469 8ln (x) -10.496. Conclusion DMF has a certain impact on the liver function of synthetic leather workers, and there is a significant dose-response relationship, suggesting that the relevant departments should take relevant preventive control measures to protect the health of workers.
