课堂评价语言是课堂教学中最直接、最快捷、最有效的评价方式之一。教师应该讲究课堂评价语言艺术,提高评价语言的激励性、启发性、针对性和有效性,发挥评价促进学生发展的作用。由于认识到了课堂评价语的重要性,因此,我们组的年轻教师在老教师的带领和指导下在这一学期仍然将教师课堂评价语的有效性研究作为本文研究的内容。通过平时的教学研究和教学实践,对如何提高教师课堂评价语的有效性又有了进一步的认识。今天笔者将结合本学期的课堂教学就达成研究的课题——提高教师课堂评价语有效性谈几点体会。
Classroom evaluation language is one of the most direct, quickest and most effective evaluation methods in classroom teaching. Teachers should pay attention to classroom evaluation of language arts, improve the evaluation language motivation, inspiration, relevance and effectiveness, to play the role of evaluation to promote student development. In recognition of the importance of classroom evaluation terms, the young teachers in our group, under the guidance and guidance of the old teachers, still regard the validity of teachers’ classroom evaluation terms in this semester as the content of this study. Through the usual teaching research and teaching practice, we have got a further understanding of how to improve the effectiveness of teachers’ classroom evaluation words. Today I will combine the semester of the classroom teaching to reach the research topic - to improve the effectiveness of classroom assessment language to talk about some experience.
