近些年来，我们应用低分子右旋糖酐，精制蝮蛇抗栓酶，降纤酶治疗脑血栓形成，并进行了血流变和血脂检测。现将应用降纤酶治疗脑血栓形成１００例的临床疗效及血流变改变及其与精制蝮蛇抗栓酶和低分子右旋糖酐治疗的对照研究报告如下：
