目的 :探讨经尿道汽化切割治疗重度前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法 :采用经尿道前列腺汽化切割治疗重度前列腺增生 6 0例 ,随访 1～ 14个月。结果 :6 0例患者手术均成功 ,手术时间 40～ 90min ,术中出血 2 0～12 0ml,灌洗液量为 6 0 0 0～ 10 0 0 0ml,无TUR综合征发生 ,观察 6个月 ,尿流率测定和国际前列腺症状评分 (I-PSS)、生活质量 (QOL)评分、最大尿流率 (ml/s)、剩余尿 (RU)等方面均有显著改善。结论 :经尿道汽化切割前列腺既保留了TURP式的切除组织功能 ,又有汽化和凝固作用 ,治疗重度前列腺增生 ,去除组织彻底 ,手术时间短 ,出血少 ,并发症少 ,安全性高 ,疗效满意
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral vaporization and cutting in the treatment of severe benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: Transurethral vaporization of the prostate in the treatment of severe benign prostatic hyperplasia 60 cases, followed up for 1 to 14 months. Results: All the 60 patients were operated successfully. The operation time was 40-90 min. The intraoperative bleeding ranged from 20 to 120 ml. The lavage volume was 60 000 to 100 000 ml. No TUR syndrome occurred and the observation period was 6 months , Urine flow rate determination and International Prostate Symptom Score (I-PSS), quality of life (QOL) score, maximum flow rate (ml / s), residual urine (RU) and so on. Conclusion: Transurethral vaporization of the prostate not only retains the function of TURP resection tissue, but also has the function of vaporization and coagulation. It can treat severe prostatic hyperplasia, remove the tissue completely, short the operation time, less bleeding, less complications, high safety and satisfactory curative effect
