随着输液在临床应用上的日益广泛,如何防止输液污染,保证用药安全,已越来越引起人们的重视,国内外对此都有很多研究报道,但其中多系针对输液制备工艺的改革,而对使用方面的研究则较少。有人已研究证实,输液时进入药液的空气,会使药液造成严重污染。因此作者根据国内习用的输液方法,设计了一种输液进气净化管(图1),并在临床试用中,通过对空气和药液中微粒测定及细菌培养,取得近5000个原始数据。经统计分析证明:用这种方法净化输液进气,效果显著,简便易行。现
With the increasing use of infusion in clinical practice, how to prevent transfusion contamination and ensure the safety of medication has drawn more and more attention. There are many reports on this issue at home and abroad, but many of them are aimed at the reform of infusion preparation technology, The use of research is less. It has been studied to confirm that when entering the liquid medicine infusion of air, the liquid will cause serious pollution.
