以稳定蓄电池荷电状态(SOC)以及合理分配系统功率为目的,提出一种应用于并联式混合动力液压挖掘机动臂系统的控制策略。研究该控制策略的具体规则,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立控制策略模型。在动力系统数学模型的基础上,利用AMESim软件建立动臂系统的仿真模型。联合仿真结果表明:应用该控制策略使得蓄电池SOC值较稳定,发动机驱动负载的多余功率由电动/发电机储存在蓄电池中,并且不足功率由电动/发电机来补充,有利于系统稳定高效地工作。
In order to stabilize the state of charge (SOC) of the battery and to rationally distribute the system power, a control strategy for the boom system of a parallel hybrid hydraulic excavator is proposed. The specific rules of the control strategy are studied, and the control strategy model is established by using MATLAB / Simulink software. Based on the mathematical model of dynamic system, the simulation model of boom system is established by AMESim software. The results of the co-simulation show that the control strategy makes the battery SOC value stable, the excess power of the engine-driven load is stored in the battery by the motor / generator, and the insufficient power is supplemented by the motor / generator, which is beneficial to the stable and efficient operation of the system .
