等离子体处理金属表面技术,是利用低压气体放电生成的等离子体作用于固体表面。该固体表面与存在于等离子体中的活性游离基和离子反应而起变化,这种现象早已被人们所了解,但这种技术作为改善各种金属材料表面的新方法,现在才引起人们的注视。
Plasma treatment of metal surface technology is the use of plasma generated by low-pressure gas discharge on the solid surface. It has long been known that this solid surface reacts with the reactive radicals and ions present in the plasma, but this technique is only now attracting attention as a new method for improving the surface of various metal materials .
