教育方法具有多样性,教育方法要与社会理想和教育目的相一致。我们的教育目的是培养德智体全面发展的跨世纪的“四有”人才,这也是和社会要求、社会理想相一致的。由于社会理想与教育目的的这种“前瞻”性。决定了我们在教育教学方法中,运用“远景教育”的必要性。“远景教育”是一种前瞻性教育、刺激性教育、启发性教育和期待性教育。
