以孤东油田八区 5- 6层系为研究对象 ,提出了一套高含水期油田以注水井调剖为中心、辅以油井堵水的堵调综合治理方法。利用模糊综合决策方法优选最佳的堵调措施井 ,设计了最佳的工艺参数 ,并根据油水井的生产特征实施了不同堵剂组合的堵调工艺措施。矿场试验结果表明 ,所有措施水井的视吸水指数下降 ,压力指数上升 ,吸水剖面明显改善。对应的油井含水率下降 ,日产油量上升 ,水驱开发效果有所改善 ,原油采收率提高了 5.5%。
Taking the 5-6th layer system of eight districts in Gudong Oilfield as the research object, a set of integrated control measures of blockage and regulation with oil well plugging and water diversion is put forward. The fuzzy optimal decision making method is used to optimize the optimal plugging measures well, and the best process parameters are designed. According to the production characteristics of oil well, the plugging adjusting measures with different plugging agent combinations are implemented. The results of the field tests show that the apparent water absorption index of all wells decreased, the pressure index increased, and the water absorption profile improved significantly. Corresponding oil well moisture content decreased, daily oil production increased, water flooding development has been improved, the recovery rate of crude oil increased by 5.5%.
