为了提升轻型卡车的碰撞安全性,建立了某轻型卡车有限元模型,进行了驾驶室模态仿真以及100%正面碰撞仿真,并通过驾驶室模态试验与实车碰撞试验,验证了有限元模型的准确性。参照ECE R29-03法规进行了侧面20°摆锤撞击仿真,并通过侧围顶部填充结构泡沫、增加顶部横梁和后围加强梁等措施对原设计驾驶室进行改进。结果表明:改进后驾驶室刚度得到提升,各部件能量吸收较均匀,生存空间最小尺寸由75.3mm增加为121.9mm,加强了对乘员的保护。
In order to improve the collision safety of light trucks, a light truck finite element model was established, the cab modal simulation and 100% frontal crash simulation were carried out.
