成人高等教育作为高等教育体系中的一个必不可少的组成部分,其存在对提升国民整体的教育水平有着重要的意义,成人作为教育的主体,必须根据其自身的特点进行差异化的教学,在实际教学过程中树立“以人文本”的教育理念,充分发挥成人在教学中的主体性和积极性,从而提高其整体知识水平和专业素养,本文结合成人教育管理中存在的具体问题,对其改进教学管理工作提出建议。
