急性霜样树枝状视网膜血管炎为一种新近认识的综合征。Ito等(1976)报道1例6岁男孩患本病。英国Kleiner及Wataabe报道4例,年龄分别为16、23、25和29岁。男女各2例。表现为急性葡萄膜炎,全部视网膜静脉周围有重度白鞘。所以又将其命名为急性霜样视网膜静脉周围炎。此后日本又有5例类似病例报道。笔者于1988年12月19日收治1例,现报道如下。患者男,32岁。4天前因患感冒后自觉右眼视力障碍,不伴有其它症状。既往健康,家族无此病。无药物过敏史。全身检查未见异常。眼部检查:右眼视力指数/30cm,外斜5°,轻度睫状充
Acute frost-like dendritic vasculitis is a newly recognized syndrome. Ito et al. (1976) reported a 6-year-old boy with this disease. Four cases were reported by UK Kleiner and Wataabe, with the ages of 16, 23, 25 and 29 years old respectively. 2 for both men and women. The performance of acute uveitis, all retinal vein around the severe white sheath. So they named it an acute cream-like retinal vein inflammation. Since then there are 5 cases of similar cases reported in Japan. The author was admitted in December 19, 1988 in 1 case, are reported below. Male patient, 32 years old. 4 days ago due to cold after conscious right eye dysfunction, not accompanied by other symptoms. Past health, the family no such disease. No history of drug allergy. No abnormalities in the whole body examination. Eye examination: visual acuity index / 30cm, oblique 5 °, mild ciliary filling
