上海医疗器械四厂生产的403型基础代谢测定仪采用了气相色谱的热导池检定器(TCD)的差示测量法,机体在呼吸空气时测定基础代谢率(BMR)和呼吸商(RQ)的数值。但是在较高海拔地区较低气压时使用该型仪器,得出的BMR值,必须加以校正,否则误差较大。为求得校正系数,制作了《t·p—μ表尺》,见附图。在昆明地区(海拔1966.4M)经500余例临床检测证实,本表尺较为精确,查读简便。现将其制作和使用方法简介如下:
