高职校企合作一直呼声大,雨点小,呈现出高职院校一头热的状态。从经济学的角度而言,导致高职校企合作诸多困境的原因一是校企双方追求自身利益最大化时出现利益冲突,二是企业开展校企合作受交易费用的影响,三是企业开展校企合作的外部效应明显。因此,从经济学角度来破解当前高职校企合作困境的基本思路即是重视企业方的利益诉求,一是政府出台制度性安排对企业进行补偿,二是高职院校深入对接企业运营需求,利用自身优势从多方面对企业进行补偿。
