目的:探讨奥扎格雷钠治疗脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法:选择发病1周内颈内动脉系统脑梗死患者116例,应用奥扎格雷钠静脉滴注治疗,观察和记录治疗效果及各种不良反应。结果:奥扎格雷钠治疗脑梗死能改善神经功能,不良反应少而短暂。结论:奥扎格雷钠治疗脑梗死安全有效。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of ozagrel sodium in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with cerebral infarction of internal carotid artery during the first week of disease were selected and treated with ozagrel sodium intravenously. The therapeutic effect and various adverse reactions were observed and recorded. Results: Ozagrel sodium treatment of cerebral infarction can improve neurological function, with little and short-term adverse reactions. Conclusion: Ozagrel sodium is safe and effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
