美国“国家锻造公司”采用一种用钙对钢水进行变性处理的新方法。该方法是用由钙和低碳铁组成的所谓钙铁块插入钢水中。钙铁块装配在外面套有耐火材料,类似于塞杆的芯棒上(图1)。目前制出的钙铁块重55公斤,内含11公斤的钙。块长66厘米,外径21厘米,内孔直径11.5厘米。钙铁块插入盛钢桶内有几种方法:装钙铁块的塞杆芯棒装在用吊车移动的水平梁上(图2,a);装在伸出的悬臂梁上(图2,b)。在后一种情况下是盛钢桶移动。装钙铁块的芯棒的安装类似于出钢时盛钢桶的塞棒的安装(图2,c)。
The United States “National Forging Company” uses a new method of denaturing steel with calcium. The method is to use the so-called calcium and iron composed of low-carbon iron into the molten steel. Calcium iron blocks are fitted with a refractory on the outside, similar to the plug mandrel (Figure 1). The current system of calcium iron 55 kg weight, containing 11 kg of calcium. There are several ways to insert calcium iron into a ladle: The rod with a calcium iron rod is mounted on a horizontal beam that is moved by a crane (Figure 2, a); it is attached to the cantilever (Figure 2, b). In the latter case, the ladle moves. The installation of the calcium iron core rod is similar to the installation of the stopper rod of the ladle when tapping (Fig. 2, c).
