北京中关村是我国知名的高新区,经过20多年的发展,已经吸引集聚了大批的高层次人才。截至2013年年底,中关村拥有硕士和博士学历的人员达到18.3万人和1.8万人。至2014年6月底,中关村共有中央“千人计划”人才874人,留学归国创业人才1.9万人,有力地促进了经济社会的发展。2015年中关村实现总收入超过4.07万亿元,对北京市经济增长的贡献率达36.8%。北京中关村在吸引集聚高层次人才方面,主要采取如下策略:
Beijing Zhongguancun is a well-known high-tech development zone in China. After more than 20 years of development, it has attracted a large number of high-level talents. By the end of 2013, Zhongguancun had 183,000 and 18,000 people holding master’s and doctorate degrees. By the end of June 2014, Zhongguancun had a total of 874 Central People’s “Thousand Talents Plan ” talent and 19,000 returned overseas students, effectively promoting economic and social development. In 2015, Zhongguancun achieved a total revenue of more than 4.07 trillion yuan, contributing 36.8% to Beijing’s economic growth.
