Longmen Grottoes Lotus Cave was built in the Northern Wei Dynasty, for many years because of its rock mass is soluble, but also severely damaged by cutting cracks. Through the scientific removal of their dissolutions, the tower niches of the northern and southern walls were reproduced, demonstrating that the disease had occurred shortly after the cave had been drilled. The reappearance of Beifang stupa indicates that the curd-tower had appeared in Longmen Grottoes at the late stage of the Northern Wei Dynasty, and supplemented and corrected some less comprehensive understanding of the cobblestone tower in the past.
