1 前言 近年来,日本在超高层建筑中,采用大跨度和居室内空间不断增加,则强烈要求使用高强度钢板,目前主要使用SM570Q钢板,但超高层建筑向大跨度方向发展,要求使用抗拉强度780N/mm~2级厚钢板(以下称HT780)用于建筑结构。 日本神奈川大学、日本焊接株式会社和新日铁等单位,为满足超高层建筑的需要,已经开发出超高层建筑用HT780厚钢板,本文拟叙述一下新开发HT780钢的进展情况,重点介绍化学成分设计,厚钢板各种性能和在建筑结构上的应用性试验,可提供我国钢铁行业和建筑行业参考及借鉴。
