1.梅山选厂铁精矿过滤的现状梅山选厂在1979年10月试车以后才发现铁精矿过滤非常困难,因此在试生产期间缺乏技术措施上的准备。1980年采用φ125水力旋流器把过滤机的溢流脱去一部分矿泥,开始时矿泥量占铁精矿量的6～7％,由于管理未跟上,脱泥量逐渐增大至20％,这些矿泥含铁量为43％左右,烧损量约为16～19％,
