束支间折返现象多在电生理研究中发现,自发产生者,特别是形成折返性心动过速者较为少见,其诊断也有赖于电生理检查。我们采用食管心房调搏诊断1例,现报道如下。患者男性,54岁,发作性胸闷及阵发性心悸2年,以“冠心病、阵发性室上速”于1988年4月来我院就诊。体检无异常发现,心脏超声及X线胸片正常。心电图在窦性心律时T_(v_(5、6))低平,心动过速时,QRS波呈完全
Retrograde bundle between the phenomenon and more electrophysiological studies found that spontaneous persons, especially the formation of reentrant tachycardia are rare, the diagnosis also depends on the electrophysiological examination. We use esophageal atrial pacing diagnosis of 1 case, are reported below. Male patient, 54 years old, with septic chest tightness and paroxysmal palpitations 2 years, “coronary heart disease, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia” in April 1988 to our hospital. No abnormal physical examination, cardiac ultrasound and chest X-ray normal. ECG in sinus rhythm T_ (v_ (5,6)) low level, tachycardia, QRS wave was complete
