[目的]探讨沟通交流技巧在手术室的应用方法和应用价值.[方法]对手术室护士进行沟通交流知识系统培训.[结果]手术室护士的沟通交流能力得到提高,医生和病人对手术室的满意度提高.[结论]手术室护士灵活应用沟通交流技巧有利于协调医护、护患关系、提高手术室护理质量.“,”Objective: To probe into both the methods and the values on application of communication skills in nurses of operating room. Method: Nurses of operating room were trained on systematic communication knowledge. Result: The communication ability of nurses in operating room had been enhanced. And satisfaction degrees of both doctors and patients towards the operation room were promoted. Conclusion: Nurses of operating room applying communication skills nimbly may help to coordinate the doctor-nurse and nurse-patient relationships and to enhance the quality of nursing care in operating room.
