血浆纤维结合蛋白(Fibronectin,Fn)是1970年Mosesson首先提纯的一种具有多种生物活性的血浆成分。由于血浆Fn具有调理素作用,能提高网状内皮系统功能。因此与机体的免疫能力有密切关系。我们于1987年10月～1988年3月间对肺炎及健康婴幼儿作了血浆的Fn测定并观察其与临床关系,现报道如下。
Fibronectin (Fn) is a kind of plasma component with many biological activities which was first purified by Mosesson in 1970. Because of the role of the plasma Fn as an opsonin, can improve the reticuloendothelial system function. So with the body’s immune capacity are closely related. We conducted in October 1987 ~ March 1988 between pneumonia and healthy infants made of plasma Fn determination and observed its clinical relevance, are reported below.
