随着社会经济的不断发展,运输业也获得了极大的发展空间,机场是空运的重要运输中心。但运输行业间的竞争变得日益激烈,机场企业想要在激烈的竞争中获得发展和经济效益,就需要采取合理的成本控制管理,以达到降低企业成本,增加经济效益的目的。目前我国的机场企业的成本较高,与现阶段机场企业的发展不相匹配,制约了企业的健康发展。本文对机场成本控制管理的基础规划与整体设计进行分析,并提出完善成本管理的具体策略,为相关工作提供参考,促进机场企业经济效益的获取,促进企业健康发展。
With the continuous development of the social economy, the transportation industry has also gained tremendous room for development. The airport is an important transportation center for air transportation. However, the competition among transportation industries is getting fiercer. Airport enterprises want to gain the development and economic benefits in the fierce competition, so they need reasonable cost control and management in order to reduce the cost of enterprises and increase the economic benefits. At present, the cost of airport enterprises in our country is relatively high, which does not match the development of airport enterprises at this stage, which restricts the healthy development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the basic planning and overall design of the airport cost control management and puts forward specific strategies for improving the cost management. It provides references for the related work, promotes the access of the airport enterprises to economic benefits and promotes the healthy development of the enterprises.
