本文总结分析161例高危妊娠临床及B超、hPL—RIA监护结果、提出以声象图反映胎盘组织结构形态变化的B超检查及反映胎盘滋养层细胞分泌功能的hPL—PIA测定,联合监护高危妊娠,两者相辅相成,能够更好的把握高危孕妇的胎盘功能状况,对指导临床处理高危妊娠具有实际意义。对B超胎盘分级及妊高征B超声象图特征提出看法。
