香港王宽诚先生热心为祖国培养高级人材,独立以巨资创设教育基金,为选送攻读博士学位的留学生提供贷款。特聘国内外著名学者组成考选委员会,组织考选工作,同时负责指导留学生选择国外学校和导师。钱伟长教授任考选委员会主任。为激励更多的有志之士报效祖国的科学事业,涌跃参加考试,本刊陆续选登部分试题,并在后期刊登答案。
