翁同龢(1830年-1904年),字声甫,号叔平,晚号松禅,江苏常熟人,大学士翁心孝之子。曾任刑部侍郎,都察院左都御史,刑部、工部、户部尚书,协办大学士、军机大臣兼总理各国事务衙门大臣,是晚清政界颇有影响的人物。翁同龢在皇宫中效力四十多年间,每天都坚持写日记,其中记述了数宗宫中神秘火灾个案。他的记载使我们了解晚清时期宫中火灾情况,对如今探索火灾规律、预防火灾具有重要意义。
Weng Tonghe (1830 - 1904), phonetic Fu, Shu Ping No., Late Matsu Zen, Changshu, Jiangsu, the son of a university student Weng Xinxiao. Former Minister of Punishments, both the civic left Censor, the Ministry of Punishments, the Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Industry Shangshu, co-sponsored Bachelor, Military Minister and the Prime Minister Yamen affairs of all nationalities, is influential figures in the late Qing government. Weng Tonghe served in the palace more than 40 years, every day insist on diary, which records the mysterious fire in several cases. His records make us aware of the fires in the palace in the late Qing Dynasty and are of great significance to exploring the fire laws and preventing fires now.
