为研究钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)的弯曲性能,对不同强度等级(普通混凝土-NC、高强混凝土-HSC)、不同纤维体积掺量和不同纤维长度的钢纤维混凝土梁进行四点弯曲试验。结果表明:纤维长径比越大纤维体积掺量越多,SFRC的极限承载力越大,荷载-挠度曲线也越饱满;增加纤维掺量可以提高SFRC的抗折初裂强度,且抗折初裂强度随纤维体积掺量的增加线性增加;HSC表现出很好的韧性,但HSC的弯曲韧度比却小于NC。
In order to study the flexural properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC), four-point bending tests were conducted on steel fiber reinforced concrete beams with different strength grades (normal concrete-NC, high-strength concrete-HSC), different fiber volume fractions and different fiber lengths. The results show that the larger the fiber length-diameter ratio is, the more the ultimate capacity of SFRC is and the more full the load-deflection curve. The increase of fiber content can increase the flexural strength of SFRC and the flexural strength Tensile strength increased linearly with the increase of fiber volume fraction; HSC showed good toughness, but HSC had a smaller flexural toughness ratio than NC.
