近年来,尽管法院为提高司法公信力做了很多工作,因总体上目前我国法治建设与社会转型时期的复杂性与多变性相适应,司法公信力程度还比较偏低,社会公众对法院的信任和满意度还不尽人意。针对上述问题,本文剖析了几点原因,并就法院宣传在如何提高司法公信力作用方面提出了自己的建议,包括:坚持正确的政治方向,积极应对,掌握主动权与话语权等。
In recent years, despite the fact that the court has done a lot of work to improve the credibility of the judiciary, as a whole, at present, the complexity and variability of the period of rule of law in our country and society are in transition, and the credibility of the judiciary is still relatively low. The public’s trust and satisfaction with the court Degree is not satisfactory. In view of the above problems, this article analyzes several reasons and puts forward my own suggestions on how to enhance the credibility of judicial publicity by court advocacy, including: adhering to the correct political orientation, actively responding, and taking the initiative and voice.
