通过对2003—2009年我国自然科学基金评审专家的来源组成与年龄分析,我们可以看到,由于我国对科学人才培养的逐年重视,年轻一代专家逐步在科研领域崭露头角,国家自然科学基金评审专家的来源与年龄分布也有一定的演变。整个专家队伍来源于高等院校、科研机构和其他机构的专家各年比例保持相对稳定,但是,每年都有大批新机构为评审专家队伍输送人才。从新增机构的组成来看,来自于高等院校评审专家的比重有逐年下降的趋势,其余两来源的专家比例呈逐年增长趋势。从年龄上来看,近年来越来越多的年轻学者担任国家自然科学基金项目的评审专家,来自新机构评审专家的平均年龄年轻化趋势显著。
According to the source composition and age analysis of experts in natural sciences in China from 2003 to 2009, we can see that due to the year-by-year emphasis on scientific talent cultivation in our country, the young generation of experts gradually emerge in the field of scientific research. The experts of the National Natural Science Foundation of China Source and age distribution also has some evolution. The entire team of experts from universities, research institutes and other institutions has remained relatively stable in various proportions over the years. However, each year, a large number of new institutions provide personnel for the assessment team of experts. Judging from the composition of the newly added institutions, the proportion of accrediting experts from higher education institutions has been declining year by year. The proportions of experts from the other two sources have been increasing year by year. In terms of age, more and more young scholars in recent years have served as review experts for the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The average age of review experts from the new institutions is significantly younger.
