近两年来,商铺逐渐开始受到投资者的追捧,从多次被列入当月成交前10强排行榜,去年成交近900套的大世界五金城到今年开盘至今已热销近200套的宏丰家居城和开盘至今成交450套的亿丰家居建材城以及多个区域内楼盘的底商等,都以各自的优势吸引投资者们。目前已有多个区域的居住氛围日益成熟,入住人口日益增多,对餐饮、购物等需求日渐提高,还有一些热点区域,虽然目前居住氛围还不成熟,但目前在开发楼盘较多,在售楼盘销售也较好,可以预见几年后入住人口的上升带来对商业的需求。目前较具投资价值的周边区域主要有滨江区、下沙区、三墩、九堡、钱江新城和临平等几个热点区域。
